Shipping  

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–7 days of purchase. UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Signed For services. International orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.

Worldwide shipping is available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight. For delivery addresses outside the UK, please get in touch directly for a shipping quote. International shipping costs vary depending on destination and parcel size.

All orders are shipped from London, UK. International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees charged by their country. Please check these before placing an order.

A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for UK orders.

To arrange a return, please get in touch by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original saleable condition and should include your contact information. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and tracked postage is recommended.

Returned items must arrive within 14 days of notifying me about the return. Refunds cover the purchase price only; original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds cannot be issued for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

International orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
