The unglazed exterior of this porcelain vessel is almost velvety to the touch, offering a soft, tactile contrast to its smooth, glazed interior.
Recognising flavour as a complex, multisensory and deeply personal experience, this ongoing body of work draws on the idea of qualia – the felt nature of perception. Each vessel is unique, with variations in weight, colour, texture, lip feel, flow and form.
